Hi, we are looking for a freehold condo in a central, accessible location for our own stay. In particular, we are looking for a 2 bedroom unit of 900-1000sqft in the Novena and Tiong Bahru area with a budget of 700-900k.
We have shortlisted 4 condos and list them below with the prices that we expect to pay.
1) Regency Suites/Twin Regency
- Expect to pay not more than 800psf for a 2 bedroom unit of 900-1000 sqft
2) Strata (Novena)
- Expect to pay around 850-900psf for a 900-1000sqft unit
3) Park Infinia at Wee Nam
- Looking to get a 900+sqft unit for around 900psf
The above prices are based on our observations om property forums, adverts and asking price vs actual transaction prices. We are able and willing to wait for prices to fall further if need be.
