Hi, We are looking for a freehold condo / apartment / ground level of walkup apartment (3 to 4 bed room) at east coast area, preferrably near to Tao Nan / Ngee Ann Primary school. Places that we are interested in include St patrick's loft, St patrick's residence, D'Ecosia etc... We are not rush into buying as we believe the price for private property market will drop further, but if you have places for sale at good price (esp fire sales), pls do let me know. Thanks!
