Typically only the floor area and its breakdown is provided, not the exact dimensions. The 2bedroom units from developer sales are fully sold hence you be purchasing from other earlier Watertown purchasers. Once condo TOPs, we can arrange for the viewings for actual unit, that might be a better option. What about the condos in the vicinity, have you considered them such as Parc Centros or A Treasure Trove?
