Hi, We are chinese PR buyers, we are looking for 5rm HDB near Bishan area, for example, Bishan st 22, 23, currently we have 170k cash and very little CPF, is it possible to find one? any agent can help?

Evening,

With your cash component, it's still possible to get a 5 room flat. However, it would also depend on how much loan the bank can disperse to you and are you looking at older blocks or the newer blocks.

Let's assume that the valuation is $600k and you are granted 80% loan, with COV asking of $60k, you will need around $180k cash. This would exclude stamp and legal fee plus commission of $29k.
