Hi, We are Chinese PR buyers, we are looking for 3rm/4rm newer HDB near MRT, preferring more to the central ,for example, Tiong Bahru, Seng Kang, currently we have 110k cash and 30K CPF, is it possible to find one? any agent can help?

Afternoon,

With the amount that you have, there are some 4 room flat within Sengkang area which might fit your bill. Located within walking distance of around 10 minutes from MRT. However, it would be good to get a banker to work on your loan status before moving forward.

    Thanks a lot.
    My banker has advised us that we can loan up to 900K (estimation).
    Is that possible we can find a flat in Tiong Bahru Area?

You would need a banker to assess your maximum loan eligible before we know how much you can afford to pay for your flat.
