Hi, we are both 1st timer, we plan to buy a resale hdb flat and only take 20k proximity grant, not taking the 50k family grant. After fulfill 5 years MOP, when we apply bto, are we considered as 1st timer or 2nd timer? Or we should not take the 20k proximity grant either, then we can be considered as 1st timer? Thank you.
