Hi,
We are a PR couple and eligible to buy HDB resale flat in 2019. Planning to buy a 4 room hdb with budget around 350k.
Can anyone help to tell me how much funds i need to prepare to buy our first home with bank loan.
current estimated cpf have 66k.
