Hi, we are a married couple who is planning to move to Singapore in March. We wish to buy a condo but we don't know where to start. We have plenty of question like what is the downpayment percentage that we have to put when buying? Is there a good website that could help us while we are still in Canada? Thank you.

It is pretty difficult to give you any kind of advice without knowing key factors such as your immigration status, reasons for buying, estimated income range and where exactly you are looking at etc.
