Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I would love to assist you in searching for your first property in the selected areas you have mentioned.

You mentioned in your question that you missed your target type of property at 19 Jalan Adat. As this is your first property I am sure you have envisioned on how you want your first home to be for you and your family and especially your young child who will be growing up in that home. Instead of me telling you the units available for sale in the above mentioned areas, if you have some time maybe you could email me the requirements that you have to suit your needs. This way, I will be able to assist you to the best of my abilities and at the same time save you precious time instead of viewing the property available and it does not meet your requirements.

Information such as the following will key for me to assist you to the best of my abilities:

1) Is there a minimum land area you are looking for?
2) Is there a minimum build-up area you are looking for?
3) Is there a minimum age of the property that you prefer?
4) How many cars do you have?(Some properties only have space for 1 car and the road in front of the house might be a chore to look for available parking and as this is for your own stay, I do not think worrying about parking space should be on your mind while driving home especially after a day of work)
5) How many rooms would you like your home to have?
6) Does it matter on how many levels your home has?
7) Any particular main-door facing which you do not like?
8) Any particular house number which you do not like?
9) Do you have any requirements for your kitchen?
10) Any minimum requirements for the room sizes?

If you have any additional requirements which I did not cover, feel free to include in the email.

With Best Regards,

    Thanks for your reply Laura,

For starters i think i have narrowed it down pretty much in terms of location/price/lease terms.

if you have any that i can look at it would be worth my time considering it.

    cheers
