Hi, we are 2nd timers,we are unable to get the preferred unit for the balance EC,we are hoping to get our preferred unit for the new upcoming EC unit.Is it possible to get a good queue/ballot number?heard that 70% will be for first timers and only 30% for 2nd timers.Is there a way we can book a unit first before it's official launch?

Good morning! EC launch is unlike private property launch where they can start selling during the preview launch, before the actual official launch. You can only book your EC on the booking date. Ballot number is all about luck where most developer choose to go with the computerized system. With the MSR regulation, the supply of EC buyers could decrease. So hopefully you will be able to obtain a good ballot number in future. If you need to keep updated from any EC launches, do get in touch with me. I will let you know once I get any info. Cheers!
