hi.. urgently i need to buy a flat. but the problem is low cash. cpf less 14k. i already tried to apply bto for few times. but unsuccessful.rental i cant apply.any other way? where should i live then?

Dear Nana,

I am sincerely sorry to hear about your situation. In this issue here, maybe the real estate salesperson may not be the best people to help you. I would suggest that you go to the Meet The MP Sessions in the area that you are staying and approach them for help.

Our MPs are very helpful and I have personally seen my cases where the MPs helped the residents in their estates in many ways. Share your problem with them and I firmly believe they will be able to empathize with you as well.
