Hi To all property Gurus,

My Profile
I am Single and 38 years old.I am self employed and earning an annual income of 80k which is stated in my NOA.i have cash of 20k.

Question
May i know how much can the bank assist me in loan?Should i look for 3 rooms hdb flat or 4 rooms hdb Flat?Is 20k cash enough?

can any gurus guide me and please advice me where should i start?
