Hi to all gurus,
my partner and i are currently looking for a suitable place to act as our residence and as well as a home office.
We notice certain private housing in singapore label themselve as SOHO.
we were wondering if the term "SOHO". refer to eligablity by law to use as an home office. or refer to layout itself.
A quick check with URA http://edanet.ura.gov.sg/dcd/homeoffice/HOMainPage/HOnegativelist.jsp
there's no information regarding the difference between a normal private home or a "SOHO" residence. seems like any private housing in singapore is able to use as home office as long as it meets URA performance criteria. (correct me if im wrong).
We shortlisted a few condominium with suitable location for our office. namely the clift, icon, soho@central or the sail condominium. please advise if these are suitable / home office applicable.
thank you
