Hi, this is Babu, I'm PR since 2005 but my wife got PR in 2018 Jun and completes 3 years in Jun 2021. When can i start applying Intent to Buy after Jun or i can plan early and buy only after Jun2021

Hi Babu,

Both you and your wife have to fulfill the 3 years of attaining SPR before being able to register your intent to purchase a HDB resale flat. For your case, after June 2021.

Do take note that ABSD of 5% applies for SPR's first property in Singapore.
