Hi there, we are looking for a nice 2 bed condo (around 1000 sqft) in Katong area (amber road/east coast road, marine parade). I am not looking for high floor and looking for a fully furnished apt. We can go in a 2 year lease if rent and property condition match. Please contact only if you have multiple options available (Shore residences - preferred, 1 amber, SilverSea). Also I am not looking for properties where a 2 bed is 900 sqft but asking for 5000. Contact through email. Once we finalize the agent we will meet you during the week of 23rd June to view the properties. Thank you.

Dear tenant, There are plenty of options out there in the market available for rental, however, other than the 2 bedrooms which you have mentioned in your requirements and the preferred projects, we do not know what is the price range you are working on since you feel 900sqf 2 bedrooms apartment do not deserve a $5000 per month rental.
