The formula is as such. Your sale price will be used to redeem the outstanding housing loan, refund your CPF utilized + accrued interest, pay off conveyancing legal fees (approx 2k if under bank loan), agent success fee of 2% of sale transacted price + GST . The balance will be the sale cash proceeds which you will be receiving.
