Hi there, my boyfriend and I are planning to settle down within a year or so, however we are caught in a fix. My name is under the private property I am residing in with my parents. I understand that I can't buy a hdb.
Can I buy a resale EC from the open market without waiting for 30 mths?

Morning Diana,

Yes, resale EC is considered as private property, hence you are not bounded by the HDB ruling.

You do not have to wait for 30 months to buy a re-sale EC.

Hi Diana,

As mentioned by my fellow agents, resale ECs will be a cheaper solution than normal private condo.

I do have a 3 bedrooms unit in The Woodsvale for sale. 1,281 sqf asking $850k negotiable.
