Hi there . Me and my husband ( work permit holder) had our rom last month and we are looking for a flat. Im a singaporean earning at $2400/mth, his is $2000/mth. My cpf currently has about $40000.
1) am i qualified for just resale flats ? Can i actually get the balance flat of BTOs ?
2) what grant can i get besides the single grant ? How about the additional grant for lower income ?
3) will there be any chance to get a 4rm flat in north area based on our income ? I have done a hle online and estimated loan is about 270k . I dont have any cash on hand to throw out .
