May I know what prompted you to shortlist this project for your purchase over others within the vicinity?

You are right that this project is of relative age for enbloc, in comparison with Amber Park which is 31 years old. If it is the size of the apartment that draws you to shortlist this project, I am afraid to say most if not all the bigger apartments are old relative age group therefore they have exactly the same potential for enbloc if nothing has been announced.

There is currently no news of enbloc in Flame Tree Park. However, there are chances of enbloc happening, due to the condo's old age, and majority of the owners would look to encash. The nearest recent enbloc site is Shunfu estate, and they will be looking at the potential of enbloc.
