Hi there, May I ask, is there any resale 3 room flat with zero COV? I am looking for one now. HLE has been approved. If anybody can assist me, it would be great! Cheers! F

Evening Faizal, Depending on the estate and location you are looking at, alongside with the unit's condition, it's possible to get 3 room flat with $0 COV. Do note that beside COV, you will still require cash if your CPF and housing grant, if available, is insufficient to handle the 10% downpayment. Same goes for your legal and stamp fee.
