Hi there im actually looking for my bf and his friends a place to stay.They are responsible engineers just looking for an apartment at a reasonable price. like 2500 to 3000.for about 3 guys.

How about the condo Oleander Towers at Toa Payoh? 5 mins walk to Toa Payoh Central and MRT. Windy, high floor, unblocked view, fully-furnished. 3 bedrooms. 1152 sqft.

But the asking price is a little more than your stated budget. Asking about $4,200 per month.
