Hi there,

I have recently sell my 3 room flat in Tampines. Its a resale flat that i bought. I understand that I have to pay a $30,000 levy if my husband and i were to apply a new flat from HDB.

I wanted to have a house of my own. I am now currently staying with my parents. As I am unable to come out so much cash and not able to apply a new flat from HDB.

I would like to check that is it possible to purchase a 4 room flat in Tampines my not coming out so much cash. As i have two kids and hope to have a house of our own. Can help?

Evening Ber,

From you statement, the unit that you have just sold was purchased with housing grant as first timer. Upon your sales, the profit margin should be quite good to move on. If Tampines is too expensive, why not move into other estate and get something that suitable for your budget?

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
