I am renting my shophouse and like to find out the following
I heard that typically is 0.5months commission for every year rental.
let says I rent out for 3 years. then subsequently recontract when contract expire,
do i still need to go back to the same agent?
do i need to still pay commission?
what is ERA, or Propnex or any agent practices?
