I am a Singaporean Chinese looking for a 5 room HDB flat, in Bedok Central only, about or more than 1200sqft.

New block preferably
Budget max 750K

Afternoon Ms. Yoke,

Nearer units in Bedok Central are going at more than $750k. You might have to either adjust on your Budget or look at older units.
