Hi there, I am a PR looking for a private property in Singapore. However, I only have 80k in cash and CPF. I don’t have any existing mortgage or bank loans. Would there be any property that suits my budget? Thanks.

With your budget, you may consider the new lauch project at woodlands: Parc Rosewood. 1 room units selling at 398K, which you get can with 20% cash + CPF = about 80K.
