hi there , can I apply a BTO studio apartment with my mother . My mother is a co owner of a 3rm flat and stayed at least 5 years. if we are able to BTO , does she have to forfeit the share of the house , or she can just pay a sum equivalent to 5% of the purchase price and/or any other amount as determined by the HDB ?
