I can arrange a banker to speak with you with regards to your IPA (In Process Approval). With that, you can estimate how much you can qualify to loan from bank. In order to help you understand your financial standing, I would need to know how much CPF you have in hand. My banker would also work on your Principle of Approval for mortgage which will allow us to understand how much loan are you eligible for. Coupling this together, we will know how much cash you will need for the purchase. From there, we can do the micro adjustment to make things work.
