Hi There,

Both myself and fiance combined salary is about $5k. We are getting married in 2010. And we are thinking of getting a condo or at least a nice HDB apartment. We jus need a studio apartment or max 2 bedroom if we can afford it. We have an agent but apparently he has giving us negative feedback about getting a condo that that combined salary is impossible and i have friends who earns lower than this able to afford a condo... or and neither is he helping us finding a good HDB. As our salary is not sufficient enough..hmm!
Anyone can help!

Can you let me know your preferred location? Base on your criteria, i can help you search for a studio/2BR condo unit.

At the same time, i can also help to look for a nice HDB unit for you. It is best to view a few condo or HDB units, work out the finance part, before deciding which one is the best for you.
