Hi,

The current hdb flat I'm staying is under my brother's and mother's name. The house is being paid using brother's CPF. My mum is not working. If we switch my brother's name to mine, is it possible? I'm self-employed and most of my CPF has already parked with a 3rd party investment company. I understand once my brother's name is being taken out, we need to top that same amount back using either cash or cpf. Under such circumstances, will HDB allow me and my mum to be the owner?

    Can my brother transfer some CPF to my mum's account? And the rest we pay using Cash. Say if the amount is too much, can use bank loan? Is this possible? Thanks.
