If you are a divorcee with care and custody of the SC child, yes its possible to buy resale hdb. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

As divorcee with custody of your SC child, you can purchase resale HDB unit under public scheme. If the child is below age of 21, you have to list your child as essential occupier.
