May I know when is your MOP going to complete and which project are you considering? For self-employed, to assess eligibility for income ceiling, hdb will use the NOA that you file for the latest year and do their assessment. Thanks and may I have more details so to make better recommendations and value-add to your plans further?

You will be eligible as long as your combined income with your wife based on IRAS record falls within the $14,000 income requirement.

In the event that you do not qualify, you may submit an appeal to HDB as well. I have just successfully assisted my client to appeal to HDB to purchase an EC,
