Hi Property Gurus,

I am looking for a 2 BR Condominium near to MRT for an investment. My budget is around $800K. Currently I am seriously & actively looking at properties anything that are TOP 2013-16. Pm me directly if you have any.

Hi Mr Thiru, investor will define the investment criteria, example the yearly return. then look for product that can meet the yearly returned. I can share more on the estimated financial planning for the investment.
