Morning,

Assuming that you do not have CPF fundings at hand, you estimated expenses are as follow, based on 80% loan:
1) Downpayment based on purchased price: $61k
2) Stamp duty: $4,300
3) ABSD: $15,250
4) Legal Fee: ~$3,000
5) Agent Fee: $3,264, inclusive of GST (actual figure to be discussed)
