Hi,

Now that HDB has imposed new regulations to cool property market and tighthen the rules for HDB resale. I forsee the number of HDB upgraders to Condo will drop "significantly" due to high cash commitment, etc.

So, what is the time to enter the market to buy private property especially Condo. For example, I'm eyeing a Condo that cost $800K now so I should wait for it to be corrected to $750K with 5% correction at least and I expect slightly more.

Hi,

No one will be able to predict how the market is going to react with the new cooling measures.

Some will choose to wait & see, while some enter the market at this time.

It will never be a good time to enter the market if you do not want to.
