Renting Property

Hi,
Need a studio or 1 bedroom as below:
- high floor
- rent up to 2.5k
- near city
- areas preferred- Newton, novena, great world city, river valley, Somerset
- bright house
- connectivity to city by direct bus or mrt
- connectivity to city square mall by train or mrt.
- need a quiet place
- no hdb please
- start on July 1. Can do 1 week earlier also.

About myself
- permanent resident - pr status in singapore
- Indian
- one person staying only.
- very rare cooking
- have own furniture - will only need white goods - fridge, washing machine and microwave.
- finance professional - working in raffles area
