Hi , my wife is non local and is currently on a student pass , can we still apply a hdb flat ?

Hi Jimmy,

Yes as long as you are an SC. Any overseas or private property will need to be disposed within 6 months of getting resale hdb flat. Thanks and hope to assist further.
