hi my wife and i will be moving to Singapore and have no idea of the local rental market. we will be moving with our 2 year old twin boys. Can you tell me what the process for rental of a Condo is and also some overview of the areas which have good state nursery's and easy access to the subway. Also what sort of rental would i expect to pay for a 3 bed apartment + maids room ?
