✔2 Another route is to own **two separate private properties**, one under each name. Or, hold **one HDB (owner-occupier setup)**, serve the **5-year MOP**, and later buy a **private property under the occupier’s name**—still allowed under current policy.
✔3 The last option is to **retain the existing HDB** and simply **pay the 20% ABSD** for the private purchase, though this involves higher upfront cost.
