Good morning Damien,

I am afraid to inform you that even as an occupier, she has to fulfill minimum occupation period along with you.

Alternatively you can opt for industrial or commercial property for investment purposes.

May I know how can I continue to value add in your investment plans?

Hi,

In your case she also has to fulfil 5 year MOP. Can consider commercial property investment if you are keen. Thanks and hope to assist further on your plans.

Morning,

Based on your statement, you would have purchased your current unit under non-citizen spouse scheme. Hence your spouse will also be required to observe the MOP requirement before she will be eligible to purchase private residential property.
