Hi, my wife and I have a 5 room HDB and we are thinking to buy an EC. Our income had exceeded by a small margin over 12k. Can we make an appeal and how ?

Afternoon Mr. Mohd,

Fom your statement, I would assume that you are looking at brand new EC. If your income have exceeded the income ceiling by less than 5%, chances to write in and appeal might be good. However, do note that such approval is still subjective. Depending on how many HDB loan you have taken, the loan approval amount might also differ.
