Hi,

My wife and I are hoping for the new income ceiling hike for EC and would love to buy 1 from the new launch.

We have a budget of approximately 600k-800k and prefer EC with close proximity (1-3 minutes walk) to MRT station.

Currently owning a HDB at the third year and need to satisfy 5 year MOP if I am not wrong.

Any of existing or upcoming projects that fits into our requirement and eligibility?

Hi,

You have to complete your MOP of 5 years before you can purchase and book a new EC. For new ECs currently on the market, it is typically at least a 5min walk from MRT stations. Thanks and hope to assist further when the timing is right for you.

I'm marketing a new launch EC, The Vales, which is an 8 minutes walk to Sengkang MRT. 3 bedroom units start from $717,000.

I am afraid to inform you that you have to fulfill your minimum occupation period of 5 years first before you are eligible to apply for a new EC on/after your MOP date.
