As shared in another post, you are ELIGIBLE to purchase a resale EC (MOP or privatised) under your sole name as SC. You are not eligible to purchase a NEW EC cause you need to buy under a family nucleus with your wife and if you guys intend to do so, you need to adhere to all the eligibility conditions like income ceiling of $16k and your wife has to dispose off her private and observe 30 months before you can do a joint application.
