Hi, Currently HDB loan is based on 30% MSR and 25 years loan tenure. Apply for a HLE to find out your financial capability to afford a flat. Do bear in mind, there are still cash component. You have to fork out $5k for option money, resale submission, valuation report, agent's commission etc. Hope it helps!
