I would need some info from you in order to properly to assist:
(1) Yours and your spouse residence status
(2) Current income (to calculate estimate loan amount), and whether you are eligible for any grants.
(3) Where are you and your parents staying now, to determine whether proximity grant can be applied.
(4) Your planned budget and amount of cash for the purchase.
(5) What are the criteria in your flat selection? Detail criteria has to be listed out in order to get the right flat to view. You are looking for place to settle down, and not just window shopping.
This can cut down the unnecessary viewing, and speed up buying process.
