Hi Ms Levy Wu,

In order for one to buy a EC in the 6th to 10th year occupation period:
1) Must be a SC or SPR.
2) Above 21 years old.
3) Need not form a family nucleus.

From 11th year of the EC project, all restrictions will be lifted & by then, foreigners & corporate bodies can buy ECs in the open market.

So your sister is eligible to buy a resale EC.
