Hi, my partner and I are looking to buy an EC but with him being in sales, our monthly combined income would exceed 12k. If we just take into consideration our fixed monthly+fixed allowance, we still qualify. Can someone advise if there's any form of help available? Resale HDB/condo is out as we prefer a new home. Looking at 3BR with budget of about 900k.
