Hi, my parents (SC & SC-PR) are looking to purchase their second BTO from HDB. They are not eligible for HDB/Bank loan. Can I pay for the new BTO although my name is not listed in the application? and how?

Hi,

You will need to be a co-owner if you wish to take up a loan, or utilise your CPF funds for the flat. If no loan needed for the purchase, you may choose to fully pay for the flat in Cash.
