Hi, yes it is possible for her to buy a house, however the loan amount might be low or even none. Are you looking to buy a HDB or a private property? For HDB, you will have to apply for an HFE first, and see what ranges you can buy within.

Hi,

Purchasing under her sole name will be more ideal since she is not liable for Additional Buyer Stamp Duty if she's buying her first residential property in Singapore. However she is unlikely to be able to take on any home loan so the purchase has to be on all cash basis.
