Hi, my MOP will be fulfilled in March 2013. May i know if i am able to book a unit for a new launch condo in Jan 2013 with the view to complete entire sale transaction after MOP? Or can i only book a unit after MOP? tks!

You would only be able to book a unit after you have fulfilled the MOP period.
