Hi, for EC, whether it is balanced unit or dropout unit, is a good choice. Why? we all know ECs' prices are significantly lower than private condos, yet ECs have facilities just like a condo. Thus, this is already a good reason for many to consider buying an EC. Yhe sizes are also generally bigger too, yet lower in price. Due to the latest measures on ECs on 9th Dec 2013, I would suggest you do not wait for new launches at the later part of this year in NorthEast Singapore as you would need to pay Resale Levy.
